Web push notifications
Notifications are optional. Polynion asks for browser or device permission only after you choose Enable Notifications in Profile. You can disable a device or any notification category at any time.
- We store an encrypted push subscription for each device or browser you enable.
- The encrypted subscription contains a provider endpoint and browser-generated delivery keys. Endpoint hashes support safe lookup and revocation.
- We store category choices for market updates, missions and rewards, account and support messages, promotions, and lock-screen previews.
- Promotions are off by default. Notification content previews are off by default.
- Delivery records store bounded operational status, attempt count, and sanitized error codes. They do not prove that a person saw a notification.
- Push providers, including Apple, Google, or Mozilla depending on your device, process delivery requests under their own privacy terms.
Retention and control
Terminal push delivery records are removed after 30 days. Revoked or expired device subscriptions are removed after 90 days. Signing out revokes this browser's server-side subscription and unsubscribes it locally when possible. Provider delivery is best effort and is not guaranteed.
Open Profile to review notification categories or disable this device. You can also revoke notification permission in browser or operating-system settings.
